Invoice and Expense Tracker

Talon monitors your email for invoices and receipts, extracts the data (amount, vendor, date, category), and logs it to your accounting system. Alerts you when something looks off — duplicate charges, unexpected amounts, or approaching payment deadlines.

How it works

  1. Scans incoming email for invoices and receipts using pattern matching and LLM classification
  2. Extracts structured data: vendor, amount, currency, date, category, payment terms
  3. Logs entries to your accounting tool via API
  4. Detects anomalies: duplicate charges, amounts outside normal range, new vendors
  5. Tracks payment deadlines and sends reminders ahead of due dates
  6. Sends a monthly summary of expenses broken down by category
