Virtual Team

Multiple Talon personas working together on a single task. A researcher gathers sources, a writer drafts content, a reviewer checks quality, a publisher formats and ships. Each persona has its own system prompt, skills, and tools — coordinated via A2A protocol.

How it works

  1. Define specialized personas: researcher, writer, reviewer, publisher
  2. Kick off a task to the coordinator persona
  3. Coordinator delegates sub-tasks via persona_send (A2A protocol)
  4. Researcher searches the web, Confluence, and notes — compiles source material
  5. Writer drafts content based on the research output
  6. Reviewer checks for accuracy, tone, and completeness — sends feedback
  7. Publisher formats the final output and distributes (blog, email, Slack, docs)
  8. Full audit trail recorded of who did what and when

What you need

  • Multiple personas defined in talond.yaml with distinct roles
  • A2A protocol enabled (persona_send and persona_list host tools)
  • Skills assigned per persona (web search for researcher, publishing APIs for publisher)
  • Governance policies to scope what each persona is allowed to do
