Onboarding Buddy

New team member? Talon acts as their personal guide through the first weeks. It searches Confluence for relevant docs, explains tooling and processes, answers questions about the codebase, and proactively shares context they’ll need before meetings.

How it works

  1. Dedicated persona configured with team-specific knowledge and context
  2. New hire asks questions in Slack, Discord, or Telegram
  3. Talon searches Confluence, internal docs, and codebase for answers
  4. Proactively shares relevant docs before the new hire’s first meetings
  5. Tracks what’s been covered and what’s still pending in memory
  6. Escalates unanswered questions to the right team member
  7. Fades out naturally as the new hire ramps up and questions slow down
